Low Tide Adventures: Chelton Beach, Prince Edward Island

Sandstone is crumbly and slippery when wet.

We climbed along the water’s edge, up and down to get our footing. Not that difficult besides slimy rocks.

My dad is confident that the tide will not come in while we are on the edge, I’m less convinced. We can climb a cottage’s ladder and walk along their backyards if we get stranded.

Carved by erosion. Our reward is the Confederation Bridge view. The link to the mainland.
